Refund Policy — BHP Bank

1. Eligibility for Refunds
   Refunds are available only before the start of a training course or within 14 days of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed or started.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

   • Once you have begun the online course.

   • Once a certificate has been issued.

3. Refund Process
   To request a refund, email office@alienaffairs.com with your order number and reason for the request.
   Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellations and Technical Issues
   If a course is canceled by BHP Bank, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
